The year 8’s travelled to Twycross Zoo on Monday to study habitats and animal diversity. We had two classroom sessions and lots of time to investigate the animals around the zoo. Here we are trying to avoid the rain near the butterfly centre.
We also met a chinchilla, a hissing cockroach and a corn snake and played a game to identify characteristics of vertebrates.
